Apparently, faith and fear cannot co-exist.

If we are really trusting God and have faith in his mighty hand, we will not spend our days obsessing in fear, worrying about our problems, or having anxiety about anything.

That being said.. it is much easier to write that sentence than to do it.

I have struggled with anxiety but I’m getting better every day as I learn to lean on God more and lean on my own understanding less.

If you focus on anxiety you’ll get more anxiety because what we focus on expands.

But the opposite of anxiety is peace.

Here are some bible verses about peace to help you re-train your spirit to always be at peace and not give energy to anxiety.

Scripture on Faith

This last section may seem out of place but I assure you it is not.

Faith, like peace, is something you can focus on to help remind yourself of the greatness of God and that everything is under his power, command, and authority.

Where does your hope come from?… It comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:1).

Whatever you focus on expands, so focus on Bible verses about faith and it will help take care of your worry and anxiety.
