While you wait for your first order, your distributor kit, and your first contact with your sponsor, it’s important to have some urgency in building your business.
This business can change your life and finances IF you’ll get connected and committed.
It can also do nothing… if you do nothing.
Choices are easy and fickle, Decisions are serious and lasting.
You made a choice to join this business.
I encourage you now to make a decision to to hit your goals (whatever those goals may be) and to never give up and never quit.
The only way you fail is to stop growing!
To increase the speed of your success, it’s important to start the steps below in the next 24-48 hours.
If you follow these steps, you will hit your goals faster and with less effort!
Hint: Don’t get overwhelmed. There’s a lot of information below, just do the steps 1-by-1 and move on.
You can come back and dive deeper into any of these steps later.
Right now it’s important you just take massive action.
Step #1 – Order Product & Get on Smart Ship (80 points or more)
This step should already be done if you’re on this page.
It’s required to qualify for all the commissions.

If you haven’t ordered anything, stop and compete this step.
Sometimes people sign up and don’t order anything.
You can’t promote something you don’t believe in.
Simply log in to your back office and find “orders” on the left side and place an order.

Commitment: The Secret Sauce
Your order is a sign of commitment to yourself, to us, and to your sponsor (but mostly to yourself).
If you don’t have any skin in the game, you will not build a successful & profitable business.
Something happens psychologically, mentally, and spiritually when you get off the bench and on the field.
Pretending you’re on the field will never make the mental trigger click.
We take this business very seriously and if you want our support, we expect you to be in 100%, whatever that looks like for your goals.
Block out all the negative thoughts… it’s time to start asking yourself, “What am I capable of?”.
That’s a powerful question!
Step #2- Connect to Your Team Leadership and Training
1. Connect to me personally on Facebook by sending a friend request.
When you message me, be sure to let me know you joined our Vasayo organization and who your sponsor is so I know who you are and why you’re friending me (there are a lot of spammers out there).
This is an easy way for us to stay connected and for me to answer questions and support you.
If you’re not on Facebook, no worries.
You can build your team without it.
Step #3 – Log into your Back Office and Explore
Log into your back office and look around but for NO LONGER THAN 15 minutes! (seriously… set a timer and you can always go back in later).
Again, bookmark the back office login page if you haven’t already.
This is where you’ll find your personal links to enroll customers and distributors (you can enroll people manually from here as well).
There are plenty of tools to use and loads of information.
You can’t break your back office, so get in there and explore!
Step #4- Start Sharing your Landing Page and/or creating content
Once you’ve done step 1-4 and your funnel page is set up, it’s time to start sharing and building your business.
Your goal should be to invite as many people as possible to take a look at what you’re doing within the first 48 hours of joining OR create your first piece of content if your strategy is going to be content marketing OR… BOTH!
You’re job IS NOT to convince or cajole people to join, So RELAX and take the pressure off yourself!
You are simply inviting (tactfully inviting) as many people as possible to take a look.
That’s it!
Whoever invites the most people… has the most success!…
AND MAKES THE MOST $$$!
So HOW DO YOU INVITE?
Well, the best long term method is to create content online and attract people to you.
The FASTEST method is to reach out to people directly and invite them to take a look.
The key is…. DO NOT spam your link to people, that’s a turn off.
You just reach out to people you know and invite them to take a look: Friends or strangers, you’ll simply say a variation of one of the scripts below.
If they agree to more info, then (and ONLY THEN), you can send them your landing page and let it do the work!
Basic Script:
Hey (Name). I hope everything is going well. I’m reaching out because I just started a new project I’m excited about and I’m looking for somebody to partner with. I think we can help some people and make some money… if that’s something you’d be open to taking a look at let me know. If not, not problem. Have a great week!
It’s that simple.
Personalize the script, make it authentic to you and and how you communicate and to the person you’re reaching out to.
There is no perfect script, the learning is in the doing.
The key is to be comfortable and confident when you ask.
This isn’t about convincing, it’s about sorting!
Say LESS to MORE people.
You can do it!
Walk through your fear and when you do it once…. you know you can do it again… and again…. and again… !!
How to Sponsor your First 2 People
Vasayo’s compensation plan is based on going STAR (enrolling 2 people- one on your left team and right team) AND helping others go STAR.
Once your landing page is all set up, your job is share your link with as many people as possible and let the system do the talking.
Don’t spam it to people!
Message them or call them individually, (be excited and have good energy) and let them know you think you found a way to make some money and help some people.
Are they open to taking a look?
If you want to be successful, DO NOT verbally share the information with them!
Just ask if they are open to taking a look.
They will say some variation of the responses below:
1) No. (Great, move on)
2) Yes. (Great, send them the link)
3) What is it? (Great… do NOT reveal what it is. Tell them you can send them a link to watch a video if they’re open to learning more. If it makes sense to them great, if not great, but it’s just too complicated to explain over the phone (or in a message).
If they agree to that, ask them when a good time to follow up would be.
Don’t send the video until they commit to a day and time for you to follow up.
If they won’t do that, they aren’t that interested or the timing isn’t right… check back later (preferably right after you enroll a few people).
Keep your posture, be polite, and let them know it’s okay if they’re not open to it, it’s not for everyone.
If that’s the case, reassure them you can handle it and you just need to know so you aren’t wasting each others time.
Usually they will drop their guard and either schedule a time for you to follow up or they’ll be honest and say “yeah, I’m really not interested”.
It’s that simple.
Say less to more people and you’ll be SUPER successful!
Focus on taking action… not on your results.
Results ALWAYS follow massive action!
Plant seeds… reap a harvest.
That’s the way God set up the whole universe and there’s no denying it… so use it to your advantage!
Expert Tip: You don’t need anybody. They need you (even if they don’t know it yet).
If somebody can’t commit to a time for you to follow up after viewing information, don’t agree to send it to them.
It’s like dating in high school, confidence beats packaging every time!
When you send them info (even if they don’t really want it), it makes you look desperate and even if they were interested… they will now be less interested.
I can’t stress it enough… Don’t look desperate, don’t nag, and don’t be weird (Unless you’re normally weird – haha).
Step #5: Let me Recruit for You!
As of right now, we have over 1,800+ active people on our email list who are at least partially interested in joining.
I’d love to share your reason for joining with my email list (and your sign up link) and see if we can convert somebody onto YOUR team!
Many of the people on my email list haven’t joined yet.
Facts tell, stories sell.
That means that for whatever reason, I may not be the person that resonates with them.
This is your opportunity to prospect over A THOUSAND people at one time and see if your story resonates with any of them.
I don’t know of any other team where you have an opportunity to prospect so many people at one time for free!

You will need to learn, grow, and do things you are uncomfortable with to reach your goals.

John Maxwell says that leaders fail forward, meaning they view failure as part of the success process and they learn from it and move on.
Like anything else you’ve never done before, it will take hard work and commitment.
You will get knocked down.
You will take a hits to the ego.
