While you wait for your first order, starter kit, and your first contact with your sponsor, it’s important to have some urgency in building your business.
This business can change your life and finances IF you’ll get connected and committed.
It can also do nothing… if you do nothing.
To increase the speed of your success, be sure to follow the steps below in the next 24-48 hours.
We’ve created this blueprint for success!
If you follow these steps, you can have massive success, become an inspiration to others, and change lives in the process!
Hint: Don’t get overwhelmed. There’s a lot of information below and a lot of things that could side track you, just do the steps 1 by 1 and go on to the next one.
Question: “How do you eat an elephant”.
Answer: “One bite at a time.”
You can come back and dive deeper into any of these steps later.
Right now it’s just important you take massive action and get some immediate results.
Step #1 – Order Product
This step should already be done.
If it is, move on to step 2.
If it isn’t, STOP and compete this step.
Step 1:
Sometimes people sign up and don’t order any product.
You can’t promote something you don’t believe in, so make sure you order some product.
It’s a sign of commitment to yourself, to us, and to your sponsor (but mostly to yourself).
If you don’t have any skin in the game, you will not build a successful & profitable business.
If you think you will, it’s time to stop lying to yourself and get in the game for real.
We take this business very seriously and if you want our support, we expect you to be in 100%.
Block out all the negative thoughts…
it’s time to start asking yourself, “What am I capable of?”.
That’s a powerful question!

Step #2 – Log into your Back Office and Look Around
Log into your back office and get familiar with it.
You’ll want to bookmark this page as well.
This is where all your business reports are.
There are plenty of tools to use and loads of information.
You can’t break it, so look around and learn!
Step #3- Connect to Team Leadership and Training
1. Connect with your upline leadership and training by visiting Team R3Global.
You’re now part of Brig Hart’s downline and Team R3Global!
This is where you and the team you build will go for teaching, training, motivation, and inspiration.
Visit often and keep plugged in!
Step #4- Launch Your Landing Page
Often people share with us that they joined because they wanted access to the video/funnel we use for enrolling team members and booking appointments.
Since you’re in our organization, (regardless of if we sponsored you personally), this option is available to you until we run out of pages.
We will set it up with your info and sign up link.
To qualify for your free landing page, all you have to do is complete steps 1-3 above and the steps below, then we’ll get it up and running for you.
(The sooner you can set up the items below, the sooner we can get you set up)
An effective landing page is made up of 3 elements:
- A video of how it works
- A link to your Jeunesse enrollment page
- An interactive calendar people can use to book a phone appointment with you
We can set everything up for you except the calendar.
You’ll need to create your calendar following the steps below:
Setting up Your Booking Calendar
Set up your booking calendar at https://youcanbook.me/ (this is a free service)
After setting it up, we will need the link in order to add it to your page.
Here are the basic directions for setting up your account.
Once you finish that, email us the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Sponsor’s Name
- Your Country
- Your YouCanBook.Me Calendar Link
- Your Jeunesse Distributor link
(It should be in a welcome email you got when you enrolled and is formatted like this – http://YourName.jeunesseglobal.com/

Step #5- Start Sharing
Once you’ve done step 1-4 and we have your landing page setup, it’s time to start sharing and building your business!!
Don’t focus on the outcome (such as recruiting somebody) or you’ll get frustrated and quit.
Focus on the process and activity… massive action.
Your goal should be to get as many qualified people on your landing page as possible in the first 48 hours.
Don’t spam your link, gently start a conversation and find out if somebody is open to taking a look.
For those that say yes, send them the your landing page link and follow up if they don’t book an appointment.
You can do it!
And if you do it once…. you know you can do it again… and again…. and again… !!
Sponsoring your First 2 People
Jeunesse’s compensation plan is based on building out 2 teams, so you want to start by sponsoring 2 people.
But the less you talk the better you do.
Your job is share your link with as many people as possible and let the system do the talking.
Remember, when you do sponsor somebody, they will do what you do….
Don’t spam it to people and say less to more people.
Message them or call them and let them know you think you found a way to make some money and help some people.
Are they open to taking a look?
They will say one of 3 things:
1) No. (Great, move on)
2) Yes. (Great, send them your landing page link)
3) What is it? (Great… do NOT reveal what it is. Tell them you can send them a link to watch a video if they’re open to learning more. If it makes sense to them great, if not great, but it’s just too complicated to explain over the phone (or in a message).
If they agree to that, ask them when a good time to follow up would be.
Don’t send the video until they commit to a day and time for you to follow up.
If they won’t do that, they may not be interested or the timing may be off.
Move on and circle back in a few months.
Keep your posture, be polite, and let people know it’s okay if they’re not open to it, it’s not for everyone.
If that’s the case, reassure them you can handle it and you just need to know so you aren’t wasting each others time.
Usually they will drop their guard and either schedule a time for you to follow up or they’ll be honest and say “yeah, I really am not interested”.
It’s that simple.
Say less to more people and you’ll be SUPER successful!
Expert Tip: You don’t need anybody. They need you (even if they don’t know it yet).
If somebody can’t commit to a time for you to follow up after viewing information, don’t agree to send it to them.
It’s like dating in high school, confidence beats packaging everyday.
When you send them info if they don’t really want it, it makes you look desperate and even if they were interested it will make them less interested.
I can’t stress it enough… Don’t look desperate, don’t nag, and don’t be weird (Unless you’re normally weird).
Last Bit of Advice
Network marketing is personal development… with a compensation plan.
You will need to learn, grow, and do things you are uncomfortable with to reach your goals.
It’s part of the growth process.
John Maxwell says that leaders fail forward, meaning they view failure as part of the success process and they just learn from it and move on.
Like anything else you’ve never done before, it will take hard work and commitment.
You will get knocked down.
You will take a hits to the ego.
Trust the process!
Your ultimate success depends on how fast you get back up.
Mike Tyson said, “Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face.”
So when a conversation goes off the rails or doesn’t go as planned, it’s part of the process.
Whatever you do, never give up and never quit!
Remember, you’re in business for yourself, but not by yourself!
